Lily is a 19 year old street artist from Chelmsford, Essex. She’s painted locally and internationally across Essex, London, The Netherlands, Hungary, and most recently Portugal. Her drive and passion for art began at 14 years old when she painted at her local street art festival. This will be her 4th year at Southend City Jam, an event that has a special place in her heart ❤️
